Get a quote on Parcel4Delivery mate. I sent a bass Guitar for £6.99 using them, and thats alot heavier than a seat!

There are companies that advertise on ebay as 'mini door couriers', they might be cheaper, could be worth a look to see if they can help with other mini stuff? Just a thought ...
