Model:mayfair
Year:'89

Basically bought henry some new gauges and the oens as said above, basically i want to retain my warning light on the normal gauges but still wnat to hook up my capillary gauge so what do i need?

all i have is the gauge...no hose

and also..before io put the 3 gauges in, im missing a light from the back of one and wondering whilst there out is there a way of improving the illumination? as im not too impressed with the bulbs power

if not where can i get a new bulb holder and bulb?

Yes, this is the common setup to use with smiths oil pressure, while retaining the oil pressure warning light on the dash. Word of warning - don't tighten the adapter to the blcok ram tight, as this is a tapered thread. nip it with some ptfe tape or similar.

Ryan.

No T piece into the block

adaptor goes in the side hole on the T piece, and the pipe screws onto the adpaptor.

The original sender switch screws into the end of the T piece.

yep thats it :(

screw the T peice into the block first, get it so that the side hole is facing to the left as you look at it.

Then screw on the adaptor and pipe.
