I uploaded a personal picture and as it said I resised it to 100x100 but there is nothing there?
Why is this?

Hello there!

You have uploaded a personal photo - if you look on your profile you will see it on the top left. Is it an avatar you mean? The picture you can see everytime you post? If so go back into your 'My Controls' and in the left hand Menu under 'Personal Profile' choose 'Edit Avatar Settings' and choose if you want to upload it from a website or you computer. The picture you're using as your personal photo should be fine as the avatar size needs to be less than 128 pixels by 128 pixels in size.
