Alan Tozer, trading as Henley Classic Minis, in Oxfordshire, was fined £2,000 by Bexley Magistrates last Thursday (29 January). He was also ordered to pay £2,800 compensation to the woman who had bought the car and costs of £2,000 to Bexley Council.

Alan Tozer is now running a business selling Ford Ka's under the name 'Henley Ka'. You can assume they are just as bent as the minis he sold before. Anyone thinking of buying one of his cars should search his name and 'Henley Classic Minis' on google before handing him a penny.
He is also renting flats in the Reading area which are completely unfit to be lived in and dangerous.
Here's a link to his dealer page on autotrader: http://www.autotrade...stock/used/cars
Hopefully this will be indexed in google's search results so no one else will fall victim to him.

Had to join Nobbies after reading this post!
Unfortunatley he is still dealing and catching people out - like myself - I put £100 deposit on a car, went to pick up and the person with me advised me not to buy as it should have never passed it's mo and was not fit to drive, one main problem was so visible - a buckled rear wheel, which should never have passed the MOT - he initially said he would refund the deposit of £100, even got him to sign a receipt saying so, no cash on him (like I should have known better) - now he is refusing to refund the deposit. I am left with no option but to try legal route/trading standards to get the money back, which is doubtful, but if it drags him out into the open so others can see he is untrustworthy then so be it.
Basically do not trust this man or his business!!!!
