Hi guys,

Ive almost finished putting my new turbo engine in my mini, just a couple of bits left to do then i can fire her up! Ive been advised to remove the spark plugs and disconnect the fuel pump and turn it over to build up the oil pressure.... but is it okay to disconnect the fuel pump at the fuse, and if so where is it, or am i better doing it at the pump itself?
Cheers
Pete

Does it share a fuse with anything else important? If not, you'll be good to disconnect at the fuse..
I'm going to put a cut off switch inside the car on mine... DIY immobiliser!
