Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before, but after looking through about 10 pages of search results I still couldn't see an exact enough answer to my question.
The glass in my wing mirror has been broken, is it possible for me to replace the glass (I have no 'special' tools)? Alternatively, Does anyone know which wing mirror I would need to order to replace a passenger side wing mirror on a 1989 Austin mini 30 in cherry red?
Many thanks in advance for your replies.

No it isn't, not properly anyway. This was asked just a couple of weeks ago. The glass available is a stick on type that is cut to a smaller size and sticks on top of the broken glass in the mirror. The mirror unit is heat sealed together and will not come apart without breaking. They are intended to be replaced as a complete unit. Look at Mini Spares and Mini Sport for mirrors, I think one of them has the last stocks of assorted coloured mirrors from Rover but they are selling out fairly quickly. The other thing you can do is buy a plain white late Cooper mirror and get it sprayed.
