Ive know made a decision that i want to have mk2 rear lights fitted with the outer surround painted black, im going to stick a standard boot back
on, im painting most of the chrome panther black and will be respraying parts if not all the body blue again, im takeing the arches of and getting some
more the same but not smoothing them in this time im just going to spray them panther black also, im going to cut the bonnet lip off and spray it blue
and going to make a meshed grill and spray that panther black too. Not sure how this is all gonna work out but it's worth a try.
So here's my mini how it stands know.
Note nasty smooth boot and petrol spillage marks
This was me wakeing up and thinking HMM Lets rip my mini apart and make it look worse
Today i painted my headlight rings.
Paint
Both headlight rings sanded dull and etch primed
Couple of coats of paint later
More paint applied and laquerd
