i ordered a pair of bumpers from these on the 7th september. I know it says give 3 weeks for them to be made i know they are bussy i rang up after 4 weeks and i was then told i would defently have them for last wednesday. i have rang since then but had no answer any one else been having problems or no whats going on?

Roofless had some issues with then regarding late delivery, sounds very similar to your troubles.
I think they may have overstretched themselves and he who shouts and threatens the loudest gets the parts at the moment.
Roofless has got his bits now and is extremely happy with them so they don't seem to be letting the quality slip just to get the jobs out.

He did keep complaining,.. and had a replacement made and delivered in person by the guy. And yep there good quality. The guy's products are obv in demand.

As teapot said, i was trying to book my mini in there to have the A panels, wind screen and various other bits done. Could never get through by phone or email and didn't recieve a quote through the post after i purposely drove over there. I've given up now!

i just dont get why he said my order is ready to be shipped and then i should of got it. if its not ready then dont tell me it is then. thanks for all the replys hopefully worth the wait.

i had a bonnet from them, and it was late delivery, but this was due to the floods earlier this year, thus a back log of orders to sort out, but the bloke delivered it personally with an apology and i was very happy with the quality, very well made! and a really good fit!

I orderd some door cards just after castle coombe. Hope they turn up before next week as i should be sending my car for its MOT next week sometime.

the parts really are superb though.
I ordered in the last week of july and received my bits last week.
Amazing parts
...so i'm not complainin. I'm very very happy !!
