Ooh! Will be a good time for me to get in an order at Mini Spares then, while they're collectively sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

Export orders go UPS. :D

Lol, its not us on strike! Although.......

We are verbally advising on orders taken over the phone that there are likely to be delays, and we have added an article due to go on the front page of the site later today. Hopefully towards the end of next week, we will be sending orders normally sent via Royal Mail by other means.

There is no way round it, there's been postal strikes up and down the country for the past 3/4 months. Nobody has noticed so far...

LOL! Too funny.

It's amazing how little we (I) need the post office these days. I have only one bill a month where they won't take a recuring debit for payment, the occasional greeting card, and maybe the odd bit I sell on eBay. That's pretty much it for me.

The amount of companies now diverting them arouns them is very high. If those companies provide good service, at reasonable rates, then Royal Mail are going to suffer a lot more than they do now.

there are many companies that are out there that will deliver big items relitivly cheap. i use www.parcel2go.com which is excellent, they usually use DHL to pick items up.

Not that we have had many issues with the Royal Mail service, we are now trialling a new company for small orders.
