How Can I Make The File Size Of A Picture Smaller So I Can Upload It?

when i try and upload a pic, it says that it cant because filesize is too large, how can i make it a smaller file???

EASY

Open the image with paint, select image, stretch / skew

change the % to around 15 % (or test which percentage works best!)

Save image as.......

Job done

... and make sure you always save the picture as a jpeg file.

great free program called irfranview, i use it as my default photo program now
