Well after selling Arhie,my 83 blue modified city e, I have decided to use the money to sort out Dylan, my 97 Cooper.

After a serious look over it, it turnes out it needed new doors, new hinge panel, new a panels, new wings, and new front panel, new scuttle and also the suspension donuts too.

After a chat with a few friends who are good at welding and bodywork etc, I dropped Dylan off for his front end makeover last night at 7pm. Stupid but miss the car already.

They are going to take pics of the work so will post them up, when I have them, but thought I would put some before pics up.

Looks better then it actually was Scotty my man.

Friend of mine, who works for the AA, has rebuilt about 3 mini's in his time, and I never knew, so he is doing it for me!

Rest of it is solid mate, will just need someone who knows how to polish up the rear end to make it look as good as the front. Its called 'mopping' isnt it?

Just been informed he is now completely rebuild panel wise, and is all prepared and ready for his paintjob, which he goes in for on Feb 1st!
