this conversion is pobbile u need to get a set of discs machined down to fit the calipers

in some cases the hubs will need the caliper bolt holes drilling to allow the fiesta bolts threw

and u need to get some brake hoses made to fit other than that its fairly plain sailing

have a look theres a how to guide

link to thread

it is a fairly straight forward conversion, what 10's are you running as some of them dont fit. most people use mk2 calipers as there a bit easier to get hold off but the hardest thing to get hold is is the caliper carriers.

mk1's and mk2's fit, mk3's dont.

you will have to get turned down disks and custom hoses and you will have to frill the threads out of the hub.

heres a how to vid

Great brakes -I used MK I calipers and turned the discs to 7.9" diameter - some places sell discs at that diameter anyway. You also need MG Metro drive flanges - hard to find secondhand these days - may have to buy new. It's still by far the cheapest way to improve the brakes - and run proper 10" wheels. The brake pipe is easy - just use Fiesta flexis - and make a conversion pipe with m10x1 female fitting at the flexi end - and 3/8" UNF thread at the Mini end. Simples !

Anyone know where I can buy 7.9" mini discs to use on my Fiesta mk2 brake conversion?

Definitely KAD, probably minisport, both sell 7.9" setups.
