What ignition are you running with that rad? is it with a distributor in place, or are you going for the mapped route.

Also what the rad from, metro?

Hi dude, I was going to use the dizzy with a side exit cap but i've since been offered a megajolt so will be going that route, and you are correct, the rad is from a rover metro!

I'll be getting the rims done by Force racing.

Ah I see, is there clearance with the side exit dizzy?

I want a front mounted rad. But clearance issues will bea big problem.

I haven't tried it but I reckon it would go. Very close but it might just fit.

On a bit of a downer, I tried to put the subframe in my jig but it won't fit.

So I did some diagonal measurements and it's 20mm out of sqaure... >_< but don't worry, I have a plan.

Cleaned the lower bulkhead and fitted new rack
My minispares mega order of gaskets etc has come through
The front subframe "plan" is coming along nicely >_<
My KAD style pedal box is nearly finished
Kris has rebuilt my cylinder head

Just need a diff, clutch, rings, bearings and the motor can go back together :P

62/18 teeth so divide 62 by 18 and it gives me 3.444

Soooo putting 2 and 2 together i'm guessing i've got a 3.44:1 diff???

Should have weber box welded in tomorrow

I needed to try out my subframe to make sure it fitted...sure does! And I don't have to mod the inner wings either! :gimme: (the original sides of the subframe are only in place to jig up the engine mount holes, once i've done this I will cut them out and replace with the new engine mountings).

And my twin master cylinder conversion box. I really wanted the KAD one, but couldn't justify spending best part of £200 on one...so I made my own! (the KAD one doesn't have lightening holes in it either :D )
