can anybody tell me where this is located before i start to pull apart the gaitor and the underside of the gear linkage....

Pretty sure it's under there somewhere, read the other day of someone blowing a fuse every time they put it in reverse as something was being grounded blah blah blah!! lol

It's on the side of the gear linkage box under the gear lever.

you get to it from under the car not in it
