My floor keeps filling up with water and i am aware there are a few holes but is there a good trick that can be used to find the holes.
i have seen some water coming from the rubbers on the front windscreen even though the rubber looks fine, would i need to replace them?
there are also some holes in the floor but i fail to see how water can travel up into the car.
when i get on with welding the last thing i want to do is miss any holes.

there will always be some holes in the floor for drainage so make sure they stay, unless ofcourse they are very rusty and HUGE
get some vaseline and stick it on the seal where you think its leaking then wait for it to rain and if theres not water
then problem solved

If your rubber looks fine you don't need to replace it-just re-seal it.Take the insert out of the rubber, using a skeleton gun run a bead of black arbomast in between the rubber and glass all the way round, and if you want in between the rubber and body just to be sure. Re-insert the filler strip/insert.And clean away excess arbomast. We use it all the time it works a treat (i fit windscreens lol) http://cgi.ebay.co.u...e#ht_1993wt_958

to check on the roof and upper area get a watering can and remove roof lining etc and it is painfully boring searching but it has to be done and you will find it if your persistant or strip completly and take through a auto car was thats another good way of spotting them
