I've got to say, yours was one of the cars that persuaded me to buy my mini.

wiked car, build, styling! i too saw the car in the magazine, really liked the styling, the lucas light covers suit it down to the indicators!! XD and thanks for saying what the yellow / green stickers were, they got me very confused!

thanks very much man!

yeah definitely do!
well a while ago i fitted a side mount fibreglass bucket into the mini. i always found my red mini seat to be too high and i hated driving around feeling too big for the car basically! and my legs hurt like hell driving it
so i bought this a while ago for the drift car im building, but decided to put it in jimmy instead

i bolted it straight through the floor and behind the crossmember, so i'm basically sat on the floor now and as far back as possible before having to cut the rear bin! can't have a passenger behind me now but hey ho! perfect driving position

and here you can see how the seat back goes behind the b-pillar

Not checked on this for a while. Looks absolutely amazing! Quite unbelievable that I started mine around the same year as yourself (2006) and how far ahead you are of me! Mines turning out quite similar to yours actually, just little differences. Have a look-see at my thread sometime and lemme know what you think.
Cheers

no not as of yet! would have liked to by now really but i cant afford to do that when my drift car build is soaking up all my spare time and money haha.
i have a 1275 engine sat in the garage that i'd like to build into a decent spec at some point, just never have time!
