m sure both they and you will be fine,
i no of several large companies who use out of date alcohol, i've even seen the dates on the necks being scrubbed off with a scourer. :)
i not sure what happens to the level of alcohol in them once they get past said date, does anyone know??

I would have though the alcohol would not be effected at all, only the other flavourings going off..

Glad you enjoyed your drinks time for hair of the dog i have always found more problems with some pub pints if its a bad can you can tell by the smell and often flat wine gets better with age.

It's alcohol.... ( commonly used as a preservative )

If it's a "Use by date" then discard, if it's a sell by date, then that just protects the manufacturer...
