Hi,
Im 19 and had my mini in the garage for 3 years!!! as I have been using an mg zr in the mean time. I am now at university and cant afford the insurance on the mg ( and repair costs, headgasket haha) so I thought I would bring out the mini. It has wide wheels, rear roll cage, 1275 engine, superlight wheels. What company can I go with please. Being 19 am I able to get on classic insurance? and what insurance company is the best? I really want to drive this mini!!!

Regards
Josh

Ill think you will find that Footman James will be one of, if not the cheapest to insure your mini.

i drive a 998, but with a fair few alterations, flip front, tuned engine etc...

I have a fully comp policy, with unlimited milage and agreed valutaion, i paid £365.09

thats £1100 off what i paid last year

footman james you must be 25? :S
No-one who will drive the vehicle on this insurance:
• Is under 25 years of age. <------------
• Has a notifiable condition that has not been notified to DVLA.
• Has a conviction for non-motoring offences that has not been rehabilitated under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
• Has been refused insurance or had special terms imposed.

if you ring them up then you can >_<

you have to be 25 to get an online quote.

Just got mine from them, the best price but still expensive, all mods declared (998 with stage one kit and lots of other little bits) = £1395 fully comp :shifty: with agreed value of £2500

How old are you scoticus to get that quote?
