The very best are the forged Omega pistons with the off set dish, but they are very expensive.
The best of the budget pistons for road use are the 21253 AE pistons
There are the Minispares Mega pistons as a halfway house plus a few others.
Realy depends on your budget.

You could also search further afield as there are some excelent pistons at very good prices if you dig around.

I've used the Hepolite 21253 slipper piston in a number of modified Mini applications and they nare great value for money. I built a 1330 Cooper rally car with thoise pistons which I revved to 7000 and they were fine. It didn't burn much oil either.
Of course, the best pistons are arguably the Karl Schmidt, and I have those in my 1964'S', but I did pay over £450 for the set and that's way too much for a rad car engine.
Go with the 21253 and you won't be disappointed.
