
Removing Lower Dash Facia

i have removed the top facia but cannot figure out how to remove the bottom one.
could anyone tell my how to remove it so i can recover it?

then youll need to undo the screws that hold the heater up.
behind the switches are 2 little brackets that have nuts on holding it to the metal, remove these.
the padded dash rail is usually glued in place so it may take some pulling.
then just take the switch pannel off.
re-cover and re-fit

Cheers for that ill take the leaves out out me heater at the same timeto remove the bottom dash rail you need to pull the chrome trim off at the back (on the top) thai is if it is fitted.
then youll need to undo the screws that hold the heater up.
behind the switches are 2 little brackets that have nuts on holding it to the metal, remove these.
the padded dash rail is usually glued in place so it may take some pulling.
then just take the switch pannel off.
re-cover and re-fit

i gona do this to my dash rail in coulpe of weeks. there is is a company that will do it for you called retro retrims. they will send u pre cut vynle covering with fitting instructions or they will do it for you.

I am going to attempt to refit the dash, and re-trim both top and bottom dash rails, would anyone be able to shed some light on how to get them all out?
If i get the top off then i should be able to get the actual dash off, then find it easy enough to get the bottom one off right?
