after reading various topics since my signing up the the wonderful TMF i've noticed there are quite a few "characters".
it got me thinking that between everyone on here i bet theres some wierd habits.

the one of mine that get most comments is the fact that i have to sniff every glass/cup/mug/liquid container before i can pour my drink in it,
im sure i've got more which i'll add when i think of them.

as i said i bet im not the only one?
what are yours?
(i wonder what kind of can i've opened now??)

i can't even sip a drink that someone else has touched or eat food someelse has had freaks me out!

oh and the g/f has a friend that has to take her own knife and fork everywhere even to go out for meals or on holiday! werid gal if you ask me

I have to store clean cups upside down, and if someone else washes up, and puts them in the cupboard the right way up, I have to rewash them.... does that count?

I've got an odd habit when driving (which costs me in petrol!) in that when slipping the clutch to set off and stuff, rather than hold the throttle at a steady place, I blip it really quickly. I picked it up in my old fiesta about 4 years ago when learning to drive (it ran a bit lean and pumping the throttle meant the accelerator pump enriched it just enough), and I've done it in every car since. Bit weird really!

One good one, I can't sit on the bog and do a dump without reading something, no matter where I am. At home I've got practical classics, anywhere else the iphone comes out.
Picked this habit up about the same time when I used to work in a huge warehouse, and dump wasn't just a dump. It was a 15 minute sit down and relax in the only nice bogs in the warehouse. Took 7 minutes to walk there, up 3 floors to the QC offices that weren't used on a weekend.

WOW this is a chat subject of fun i always have to have a smoke in the gents and line the seat with paper first My next door has as i call it CHECK- CHECK it takes her 10 mins to lock her door and keep patting it got loads on this to share cracks on the path

The as i call it CHECK CHECK condition many people have they have a problem even taps in the home on or off some have a job getting out there home got to check it even plugs Another one of mine is about tucking my shoe laces inside my shoes just in case

Here's just a few of mine:
- I feel the need to give food a cursory sniff before eating it, even if it's cooked.
- I always wash the taps in public toilets when I'm washing my hands, then rinse them before rinsing my own and turning off the taps. I do this at home quite often too...
- Toilet tissue must always be folded so that the edges all lign up
- At work I always end up sitting on one leg or with my legs fully crossed on the chair

just thought of one while driving im the min, i cant have the volume of my stereo on a random number it has to be a multiple of 5 even if its way louder than it should be

i cant think of anymore, i'll have to think about the things i do after i do them, nothing seems odd to me sitting here and trying to think of them, its just what i do but i fear there must be loads more

mine goes up in 2's but anything below 20-30 and you can't hear it..... whats the smegging point!

Even number or a multiple of five. How can you sit there with it on anything else!!!

One of my bad ones i always drive with the window open and flick my cigs at the car behind if they are to close on my tail
