I was having trouble starting my mini this morning, it was cranking over realy slow , i had a type 035 in ther, i think it had 280 amps of cranking power on it. So i thought lets get another battery, looking around my dads yard and i see a type 096 that looks like it just mite fit, take it over and it went it a nice tight fit so it wont be moving anywhere, its got 680 amps of CCP and start my mini no probs.

I got told a 075 was the biggest you can fit, but i've managed a 096 so if anyone was thinking about getting a bigger battery there you go.

the biggest battery that will fit in the minis battery box is a pug306td battery. makes starting a doddle! and when added to a bigger amp is great if you run lots of ice, or have lots of lights.

Karl.
