Mini Dial Removal

Ive recently purchased a mini walnut dash and am in the process of fitting it. im trying to remove the clubman dial setup ive rmove 4 screws that are holding the dial holder and that is loose. ni now need to disconnect the cables ie speedo fuel and rev counter any tips and advice would be muchly appreciated.
ive done this once before but for the life of me i cannot remember how i did it.
any help gratefully accepted

I believe you have to push the speedo cable towards the dash pod and then twist and release to get it off?

The rev counter is usually connected with a spade terminal and a bullet connector, so you simply un-clip them.

I think the speedo cable you push towards the dash and squeeze the sides but there are lots of different types, usually a case of trial and error!!

The tacho has 2 wires which should just pull off

There is also the multiplug connector which comes out quite easily by squeezing the sides in.
