OK, here goes, I've put forward my opinion on many peoples minis in terms of value, so thought I'd give you the opportunity to do the same in return...
Here we have "BEV", a 1987 Mini Advantage, MOT & TAX end May 2010.
Bought by a friend as a rolling shell project in 2004 and underwent a 2 year complete nut & bolt rebuild under my guidance. I bought it this year as he no longer used it and was just sat on the drive...
Literally everything was either reconditioned or replaced for new.
The engine is locally known as the "club" engine, so far it's been in at least 3 RCMOC club members cars, it's origin is a Mini 30 so runs unleaded and is a proven solid unit.
Mini 30 interior ( no not from the same car as the engine )
Styled to a retro MK1 look, with a dummy twin tank neck to the rear, and AC/DC "Back to Black" theme.
In car it has a CD and speakers under the rear...
Was tuned earlier in the year @ Southam, where after a bit of setup made 39 at the wheels.. Not bad for an absolutely bog standard original 998.
Now for the pictures...

The air horns seriously devalue the car so I would say £500 :0)
Take the air horns off and I would value it at £3k

I would say 3.5k of anyones money if its as tidy as it looks from its pictures and its nut and bolt restoration.
The only off putting thing would be the AC/DC theme which obviously down to taste, but from what I can see its just some stickers of the CD, correct? Remove them and your on to a winner.

I'd reckon 3k on a good day. But to be honest, whenever I look at valuation threads I seem to over value minis! - my guess is based on much looking for a mini over the summer on PistonHeads, Autotrader and in the mini mags.

I thought 3k was a bit much.....
I thought between 2000 and 2500?
if you took the stickers off.

Asking price of £2250 private or
£3250 forcourt.
Build it a nice torquey 1300+ and maybe £3000

I agree, 2250 private and expect to get knocked down a little.
And take the air horns, stickers and loud gas pedal off!
