I wheels you have on your car now look better then alleycats anyway. If you really want some new wheels you should have a look at some supertrax. The black ones with a chrome lip would sit your car well.

hi, ive got 7x13 alleycats when i brought them from huddersfield, they said they were the only company that sold alleycats, and all the others were just simply copys, inferia at that..
saying that ive had mine about 2 yrs now and they havnt lasted well at all.
and i thought the tyres were to small for the wheels but was reasured they were correct.

when i went shopping i went for alleycats or starmags and i wish id brought the starmags they seem to last alot better!

and you do no you have to cut half ya car away at the back to fit 8's this mayb why they dont sell them in many places nemore.

Can anyone else back this up about Huddersfields' Alleycats not lasting well?

Although not alleycats, force racing do 13" split rims which look amazing. You can have them 13x8 too if you want. Dan

You could always wait until a Mini show comes up, they always have someone selling alloys?
Then it gives you the chance to have a look at them before you deicde to buy

i think , its all about how to look after your wheels .If you dont clean them then their not going to last .

hmm yea i've been lookin for 8x13 allycats too... The ones from midlandwheels are manufactured by KN wheels, i think they bought off or are now producing the allycats but don't seem to make the 8" anymore. What is this i hear about having to chop half the rear of your car to fit the 8x13??? does anyone have any info on that??? is there a topic on TMF or somehting?

i presume there on about tubbing the arches. needed when using wide wheels and wanting it slammed. :) the front wings will have to be cut so they can turn tho.

can i ask why you wont such over sized wheels on a mini>??

as if your going to be driving as a daily driver the handling will be shocking and also be very carefull driving in the rain, i span with 13x7 alloys so 13x8 are gunna be hell to drive etc

good luck
