I have the motor out of my 94 SPi and wanted to add a few bits while its out. Redoing the clutch but also wanted to add a bit of power. Not looking for anything crazy but might as well while its out.

I really like the SW5-7 from Swiftune. That is what I want to use. they sell a few different kits and I am wondering what is worth going for. The motor is stock. I was thinking of going with the road springs as well. Wondering if it would be worth going with the adjustable timing setup? Not sure if this would help out on the SPI car. Main thing is do these need to be setup on a rolling road? I am in the US and that is not really possible. That and no one over here has any idea about these:-)

Please let me know what you think. I'd rather do whatever would be best now before the motor goes back in.
