Lol Pooky... I do hope this engine doesnt go pop on its first start up, will smell good though, the smell of hot carbon mmmMMmmmm

I made it, but its really I one off item, would like to fully test it before selling them.

Also took me around 20 hours to make.. so they might be too expensive to sell.

Also.. Iv been working on the clutch end..

The most over worked clutch arm ever?
MED Heavy duty arm and plunger
Titanium push rod
Titanium Top and Bottom Pin with R clips
Carbon Fibre Spring Retainer
Chrome Slave Cylinder

Drilled a few holes in the Bellhousing.. I think I would have saved more weight by not eating a biscuit before I get in the car! oh well.. its done now and all adds up.

The MED arm is the dogs kahunas. I fitted one recently and it sorted all my gear probs out :D

Glad to hear the clutch arm is good.. to be honest I just brought it because it looked nicer than the standard item.

Also a tiny order from Pro-Bolt arrived this morning.. 2 M4 bolts and a P clip for my sensor.

That looks awesome! One questions though, are all the nice carbon engine parts going to go green/yellow/brown due to the heat? I know the custom made engine bits on my Focus RS had to be made with materials/resins etc that could put up with high temperatures, which in turn made the parts more expensive.

All the engine parts have been made in a special high temperature resin and post-cured to around 150degrees. So they wont change colour at all, and wont deform, theyv all been made using compression molding, so they are the correct sizes inside and out, and clear everything nicely :lol:

Iv also ordered pipe and pipe fittings for the oil transfer pipe from the filter to the block, all in black of course ;) so that will be the next update when the postman decides to hand them over!
