Hi

I have just purchased one of these from Bart Vanreusel who is a TMF member and had an add in the classifieds before Xmas for these;

I'm very pleased with the quality of the item and the service that Bart provided. It cost me £26 all-in for a 4GB version, which I appreciate might be a bit steep for a 4GB USB memory stick but it's very cool and worth it in my opinion.

If you're interested, you can get hold of Bart at; [email protected].

Please note that I am not connected to Bart in anyway apart from the fact that I have just purchased one of the USB Mini's. I am set to gain nothing from starting this topic other than if you like mini's (I'm sure you do hence being on TMF) and you would like to get hold of one of these mini's you now know how.

Luke.

You might already be aware of the following but if you don't it's worth installing Portable Apps to increase the functionality;

Portable Apps

It's Open Source so free of charge and works in a similar way to U3 but in my opinion is better and I have both.

Thanks for the feedback Luke. The £26 include 6,5£ postage+paypal, when buying more then one the postage gets cheaper of course. So tell your fellows and have them send together, it pays of and I'll have less pachaging to do LOL.

The best buys are the 4G and 8G versions.
Plain colour (including the red one with union jack roof): 4G: 21€ (£18,9), 8G: 26€ (£23,4)
Mini 50th anniversary limited edition: 4G: 22€ (£19,8), 8G: 28€ (£25,2)

Apart from the known plain colours I still have some of the anniversary editions left:

I bought myself one of the 50th edition 8GB USBs from a member on foromini. and im very happy with it. It's been receiving comments from the other teachers for the last couple of days, and today my primary 1's(6year olds) saw it, despite not appreciating that it plugged into the CD player with music, they all thought that it looked like a great toy!
