How would you make enclosures for the parcel shelf speakers with the least amount of drilling bodywork mods(none if possible)?

For a start. What speakers are you thinking of enclosing.
If its 6x9s, then good luck. they will have to be practically touching otherwise they wont fit in for the fuel tank.
Enclosures. Your best bet is to use the carpet on the shelf for a template to make a MDF replica of the shelf.
Then cut a pair of holes to seat the 6x9s.
Then What I would do is inflate a baloon inside the hole so it creates a bulge the shape of a 6x9. Then coat it with resin.
Then slowly build up a fiberglass shell over the balloon. Then pop the baloon, and you are left with a sheet of MDF with 2 enclosures attached which your 6x9s car sit in nicely.
Then cut a pair of holes in the rear shelf big enough to fit the enclosures through. screw the MDF TO the rear shelf, and screw the 6x9s in place. Lay the carpet over the 6x9s and you now have a enclosed Stealth shelf!

I want to keep my standard speakers where they are in the parcel shelf, im thinking of a sub in the boot so i need to enclose my standard speakers to stop them breaking i was thinking of maybe an enclosure that fits to the underside of the parcelshelf.

Its going to be VERY hard to do because I think the origional speakers (Well, the left one) sits above the fuel tank. Im not 100% on that though.
Your best bet is to buy a pair od 6x9 subs or 8" subs and mount them on an underseat board.
My 6x9 subs are just mounted on a board (Not a sealed enclosure or anything really) and they sound great!

All you have to do is drill a couple of small holes in various places (Like through the seat into the speaker board, So you cna put screws in to hold the board in place)
