Anyone successfully obtain any Yokohama A032R tires in 10" diameter recently? I've tried to order from two places - and nobody seems to have them in stock. The first order - with Minisport was made back in November and just cancelled a couple days ago when I thought I had found some in stock at Minispares. Turns out they don't have them in stock either....

Grumble. I'm desperate for some A032Rs! Any leads?

Loads of places want stock, the issue is Yokohama class this as a Motorsport tyre, and don't manufacture them after the "season" finishes. Latest lead time from them is end of Jan/ first week of Feb

Huddersfield spares have got plenty in stock.

I ordered mine before christmas and rang them to order, they said they had about 8 sets in stock.

Huddersfield is one of the places I've tried - they are out too. If have an order placed. I'll just wait a little longer.

There was a new set in the classifieds for 120 notes the other week but they might be gone by now.

I went up to Huddersfield mini spares at the end of December. Asked for 10'' black black ultralites with A032R's on. They didn't have a set with them on already and seemed to produce 4 Tyres from a massie stock to sort me out! I can't believe they dint have any in!

I thought the 32 got replaced by the 48? I know you can't get them for Elise S1 any more.

Where will Demon Tweeks get them from if no-one else has any? Just because they are big doesn't make them special.

As Simon has said, and as is pretty common knowledge, these tyres are rarely produced and even less frequently shipped around the world. Japan send over one, maybe two containers of them every year with a certain number of 10"tyres in. These are pretty much all sold to dealers before the container gets anywhere near the UK. So for most of the year even Yokohama don't have any to sell. There are just times of year when you simply cannot get these tyres and it's always been like that.

Rang huddersfield last night to order some stuff, asked them if they still had any A032r's in stock, and they said yes.


Try ringing them instead of ordering online.
