was driving down the bypass by tc and jakes house earlier when there was a

loud bang and i could not steer not good at 70 + in the fast lane :nugget:

managed to miss all the other cars and came to a stop before i hit

crash barrier :wub:

on inspection found the tie bar has come loose snaped the top ball joint and

twisted the bottom arm

Glad your ok tho Scurvy, could have been alot worse.

if TC takes her broken cars to you to fix then take yours to her to fix

Exactly the same thing happened to me 6months ago. I lost my wheel and it took the brakes with it! I hit the barrier at 65mph. Glad your accident was not as serious, and I hope you get it repaired ASAP.

luckly have braided hoses on the front so did not lose the wheel or brakes think a

standard rubber hose would have just ripped out will be repaired by lunch time

tomorrow will fit hi lo's and spax while am at it

Ouch to both of you. Glad your both ok, can imagine it'd be quite scary loosing steering or brakes.

i lost a wheel and started laughing, because it had overtaken me :wub: imo it is a lot less scary than wheels locking up/aquaplaning etc.
