In the process of rebuilding and wonderd if HiLo's need extra parts or is it just a straight swap?

It shows at the bottom of that webpage the other parts that may be required. I would put new knuckle joints on anyway and maybe new cones if yours are old and knackered.

and you will need a cone compressor on the front

Should take you a day to do and front are more involved as you need to remove top arm..................

Just Smash the old trupet out with a hammer, i done mine yesterday, and saves money
also only took me half hour to do both sides

You only need top arm out if fitting new cones!

i did mine in a night, cut the old trumpets up they will fall out, wind the hi-los to the smallest hight (if that makes sence) the rears go in easy , the fronts where a bit stubbern but went in without a compressor ... also bought mine here .. think i payed £50 for the set + knuckles iirc
