Directions
By Car:
From London: Take the A3 heading south from Wandsworth. Exit onto A309 (Kingston by-pass) signposted to Sandown Park, immediately after exit for Chessington. Fork left at Scilly Isles roundabout onto A307 Portsmouth Road. Sandown Park can be found 3/4 mile along right-hand side.

From M25 North and West: Exit at Junction 10 onto A3 towards London. Exit onto A244 at Esher Common roundabout, signposted to Sandown Park. Turn right onto A307, Esher High Street at T-junction/traffic lights. Sandown Park can be found 1/4 mile along on left hand side.

From M25 South and East: Exit Junction 9 onto A244 towards Esher, over roundabout at Esher common, then as above.

By Train:
From London and the North: From Victoria, Waterloo or Clapham Junction to Esher station (20-30 minute journey).
Taxi rank at station or 2/3 mile walk as follows: left onto Station Road, right at T-junction onto A307. Sandown Park can be found 1/2 mile along the right-hand side

Show Œn' Shine
There will be over 400 Minis on display at MiniWorld 45 including 150 of the UK's best show cars. From classic to clubman, from modified to moke, Minis of every type, colour and style will be at MiniWorld 45. Due to the quality of cars at MiniWorld 45, the show awards are going to be hotly contested with top notch Minis battling it out in every category to be crowned a MiniWorld 45 winner. This awesome indoor display of Minis has to be seen to be believed, and we guarantee it'll blow you away!

Track Fun
MiniWorld is pleased announce that Mighty Minis Racing is attending MiniWorld 45. Using our on-site Daytona Raceway track, drivers of Mighty Minis, Super Mighty Minis and Xtreme Mighty Minis will be demonstrating their superb driving skills, and you might even get the chance to get taken round the track by a Mighty Mini racer!

Russ Swift will also be performing his amazing driving skills on the racetrack. If you haven't seen Russ before, be prepared to be impressed as he pulls tricks that would put The Italian Job to shame!

Go-Karting
If you fancy burning round the track yourself, why not take advantage of special offers open to MiniWorld 45 ticket holders at the on site Daytona Racing Track. This superb, purpose-built go-track will be open over the weekend from midday till 17:30 (you must be aged 14 years or over), using the full 900m track in twin-engined prokarts (the quick ones). The special MiniWorld 45 offer is just £10 for 10 minutes! Also taking place on Saturday night is the MiniWorld Endurance Championship race. If you think you and your friends can beat Team MiniWorld (or you just want to knock them off the track!), book your place now. Space is limited, so hurry. The race will consist of a 30-minute practice followed by a two-hour endurance race. Cost is £250 per team with a maximum of six drivers per team. Book directly with Daytona on: 0845 6445502

Mini Talks
The Mini Talks at MiniWorld 45 look set to be one of many highlights of the event with respected figures from all areas of the Mini scene speaking on a variety of subjects. Timo Makinen is flying over from Helsinki to talk with Paul Easter about their works Mini rally days in the 1960s. Timo and Paul won the Monte Carlo rally outright in 1965, and have plenty of fascinating stories to share, so make sure you don't miss out on this once in a lifetime chance to meet and listen to these Mini legends.

We have also lined up Roger Tello from Mighty Minis Racing will be advising any budding drivers how to get into Mini racing, and David Barzilay will be speaking about the making of Mini favourite, The Italian Job. The Mini Talks will be taking place throughout the weekend, so listen out for times, and any additions to the seminar timetable.

New Mini
The New Mini is growing into a scene all of its own, and is well represented at MiniWorld 45. If New Mini is your thing, you'll find the best New Mini traders, clubs and a selection of the finest New Minis currently in the country. Cool New are also providing a fitting area so you can buy bits for your new mini, and get them fitted for a special show price.

MiniWorld Photo Studio
Fancy seeing your Mini on the front cover of MiniWorld? It could happen at MiniWorld 45 - a digital photographer is on site who will take a picture of your car, and then blow it up onto a cover of MiniWorld. So if you fancy having something special hanging on your wall, visit the MiniWorld Photo Studio and marvel at the wonders of technology.

For the kids (and the big kids!)

If you're bringing the family, there's plenty to keep the young ones and the young-at-heart busy for the whole weekend. There is a bouncy castle, Sony PlayStation pods, Racetin are bringing their radio-controlled cars and track, and Scaletrix will be there to provide retro racing fun!

Sell (or buy) your Mini
Pick up a bargain at MiniWorld 45 in the cars for sale area. Hundreds of Minis will be available to buy, and if you don't have one already, you could be driving away that weekend with your very own Mini, and if you do have a Mini, why not add to your collection! Alternatively if you are looking to sell your car, where better to sell than a place filled with Mini fanatics ­ just don't forget to leave details about the car and contact details!

Clubs

A vital part of the Mini scene are the fans who are well represented at MiniWorld 45, with over 50 clubs showing off their top 5 vehicles in the huge club area. MiniWorld 45 boasts the best clubs in the country, covering the whole of the UK with some clubs even visiting us from Europe.

You will be able to wander through the expansive club area, admire the member's top-notch cars, talk to the various clubs and meet the people who are at the heart of the Mini scene. If you haven't signed up with a club yet you might even find the perfect group of Mini lovers to join who are as crazy about their Minis as you are.

Anyone planning to come down the M1/M25 might be an idea to come off the M1 at J15a (Northampton) and go A43/M40 to the M25 - you'll miss out the roadworks I was sat for ages in yesterday then on the M25!

its really easy to find guys, i was at sandown last weekend for the volksworld show.. i came in from the A3 and all you have to do it follow the signs for sandown park..

one thing i will say is GO EARLY!! we forgot about the clocks changing so ended up going an hour later than we planned, we were sat in traffic for over an hour on the A224. :sad:

another thing, its a mare trying to take pics in the hall because of the low light and high polish combination, get those cameras dialled in..

Somebody please make sure to take A LOT of pictures, feature article on Mini45 would be a good thing for the site.

we had a little hitch, inface we are going in a huired micra after my mini poped its master cylinder last night and mad max had his car burnt out


will be setting off in about 30 mins though
