I have got an agreed value policy for my car and they want a price.

The car is a Modified 1985 Mini RITZ

Around 60,000 miles
and 4,000 miles on 1380 engine

For insurance purposes I'd say about 2k

Been looking at some other cars on the forum and £2k seems quite a low valuation for it for insurance.



It's agreed at £2k at the moment, but realised the suspension, engine and cage come to nearly that.


How much do you think it's sale value is?

I know of a mini that had an agreed valuation of 6k.. it was in MUCH worse condition then this one!
rotten sills, etc...

the guy wrote the car off, and received the full amount!

I fit was my car, id be wanting it covered for at least 5k...

i would say £3k for an agreed valuation insurance policy.

sale price £2k-£2.5k
