Each month the calendar has a different ‘seasonal’ Classic Mini photo backdrop - a collection of stunning images put forward and voted for by the TMF community members. The calendar also incorporates all of the 2011 confirmed Mini shows and runs, dates and locations. So no excuses, this really is the perfect personal guide to everything Mini in 2011, making every Mini a ‘must attend’!

Important info:

Date Of Sale & Postage Dates
The Calendar will be for sale until midday on Monday 13th December and will be dispatched the following Monday, the 20th December. Only the 1st class options are guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. And we highly recommend that you go for one of the recorded options.

Multiple Calendars
If you are interested in buying more than one calendar you can select as many as you desire by changing the quantity on the shopping basket. Please note that there is no saving for P&P on multiple orders as they will be packaged in card backed envelopes that only fit one calendar.

Charity Donation
If 50 plus calendars are sold the price of printing goes down so 50p per calendar will be donated to charity and if 100 plus calendars are sold the price of printing goes down further, so £1 per calendar will be donated to charity (a charity is yet to be selected).

How to buy
The calendar is no longer for sale.

As described under the header 'Date Of Sale & Postage Dates' above - apologies if you have missed out, but you were informed about the dates along time ago.

p.s. it's A3 - so nice and big :shifty:

And the running order:

Yes it will definitely be posted before xmas - I've requested quotes for printing from a number of places, most of which I now have prices from so a final price should be sorted later today and with a bit of luck it can be for sale within the next few days :)

Well I've got all the prices so will work out final costs (including the vat) and postage costs etc this evening and get the calendar for sale!!

It's looking like it will be in the region of £6 to £7.50 + £2 P&P and for that price we need to sell a minimum of 30!!

is that digital printing and spiral bound?

I have no idea how it's being printed - I simply got quotes from numerous printers for the calendars on the same gsm A3 paper spiral bound along the top to allow hanging - for 30, 50 and 100. Obviously the costs built into the price is for 30 sold, which should be a realistic target... if we don't reach 30 sales I'll have to look into what to do about it, fingers crossed we will at least sell near to 30 so the printers will still print the calendars for the agreed price - if not we may have to request more money :)

But, if we sell 50 plus calendars the price of printing goes down so 50p per calendar will be donated to charity and if we sell 100 plus calendars the price of printing goes down further so £1 per calendar will be donated to charity :) (we can select a charity etc. if this happens)

So prices....

After working out the costs (including the payment transaction fee, vat, envelope, envelope labels etc.) the calendars comes out at £7.80 each.

So plus P&P (4 options), the calendar comes delivered to you door (UK only) for one of the below prices:

1st class recorded (£2.98): £10.78

1st class (£2.24): £10.04

2nd class recorded (£2.69): £10.49

2nd class (£1.95): £9.75

Please note the calendar will be dispatched on Monday 20th December, so only the 1st class options are guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. And I highly recommend that you go for one of the recorded options.

I will now get to work with getting them on sale and post a new topic up once that's done

Brendan, you are a bit late for this year's calendar but keep an eye out next year as the monthly competitions will continue for the following year's calendar!

And Roberts, you've done a brilliant job on the calendar, it looks great, well done :P
