i would say they are more of a hot rodding thing
a mini aint the right shape
its like putting flames on a mini
not quite right
in my opinion

everyone has thier own tastes, i got to a few vw shows and when i see a rat camper or beetle i always think the owner is just too lazy to restore the car. i dont like the rat look much at all,

BUT i think the vw scene needs rat cars, it spices up the shows a little and give a whole different genre of styling.

i say more hotrot and rat minis!

(just dont rat a perfectly rust free mini, thats not cool lol)
