Im currently refurbing 4 revolution RFX 13x6 wheels in gloss black.
Any idea what price I should be asking for them, they will be like new.

without tyres i would say £150 tops
your problem is that you can buy brand new 13" alloys with tyes for under £400 and therefore the tyres make up £200 of that.
you then get new centre caps, wheel nuts and most times new locking wheel nuts as well.
