He is a trained mechanic during the day at a main garage with many years experience but is a mini fanatic and will do anything mini related (or even non-mini) as well.
Based in Shirehampton in Bristol which is literally next to J18 of the M5.
I met him at a show and have just used him to do a load of work on my mini (new exhaust, cam belt, fitting 12v socket) and he did the jobs quickly and efficiently.
He is always friendly and maintains great communication.
All jobs were completed perfectly and he went over the odds with by notifying me of other problems he found (eg lack of grease in radius arm) and fixing them.
He'll do just about anything to the car - mechanical, bodywork, electrics - you name it, he can do it.
And here's the best bit. He only charged £30 an hour !!! That's about half what a local garage charges and a quarter of what a main dealer asks for. And as he's so used to minis (he's got quite a few!) he knows exactly what he's doing so takes half the time as a 'normal' garage
And don't worry, he hasn't paid me to write this but he's just looking for more customers so I thought I'd help him out as he did such a good job at a fantastic price.
