no worries people thanks for the opinions and the results but i sort of agree with the fact that its a waste of time so i am goona look at a turbo of some sort but i need to look into it alot more and find out the actual expense but as i say. thanks again

you could always buy a small compressor then feed it into a bleed off tap through the dump valve,
you'd only have to plug it in to recompress when all the air if gone,
you'l get a better noise this way....

THATS IT JUST GET A TURBO! although suuplies are soon to run out as theres loads of us converting at the moment lol. :thumbsup:

Interested too know whats in the magazine now. I've got a subscription, but have to wait to go home to pick up my magazine from my parents house.

And seeing as were here, what's a good dump valve to get? I've got one, but am unsure as to the quality of it.

Rolling road shootout between some of the turbo boys from over on turbo minis!

As for the dump valve forget about that if you are just starting your build you will be a long way away from needing it!

October last year i think..

not sure to be honest, i had a great tourqe curve with loads of low down grunt and im happy with 169bhp! and something like 180 foot pound.. to be honest more than enough on the road.

Ahh that makes sense now looks like you have gone for what im doing with my build. Lots of torque, with the boost as low down the rev range as possible at the expense of some top end power! Hope they do one next year. With a lot of money and a little luck I might be joining you guys! :thumbsup:
