I have a 998 mini a+ engine im rebuilding it has a kent 266 road/race cam, not to sure what type of drive i need for the oil pump, is it a pin drive or slot drive that i require??

Depends on what the cam drive is..... most likely slot drive...

Look in the end of your cam.....
If it has a pin going from side to side then it's a pin drive
If it has a milled slot that you could stack 2p pieces in then it is a slot drive.
