This will allow us to see whether which usernames are viewable is different for everyone and it should help us start looking for the fault in the right place.
It's an odd one alright!
EDIT: Just had a look, I spy an Exhaust System for sale that doesn't have a seller, the UID for that one just points to a 0 so there hasn't been any seller information stored by the software. It'll take a deeper looking in to. At the moment, I can't even see the "Post an ad" button.
The one thing I can think of is maybe the ad was deleted by the user and the software hasn't dropped the ad properly.
Maybe an idea to put a notice up instructing people posting classifieds to include their forum handle until the issue is corrected.

Why don't you have the username as one of the drop downs when you enter and advert?Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and which classifieds item it applies to?

I.E like the price
This would not be a problem then and an easy fix??

If I'm understanding your suggestion correctly this would allow any user to post an advert under another users username. Why don't you have the username as one of the drop downs when you enter and advert?Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and which classifieds item it applies to?

Only if you didn't include a filter to check the added name wasn't the same as the users account name.If I'm understanding your suggestion correctly this would allow any user to post an advert under another users username. Why don't you have the username as one of the drop downs when you enter and advert?Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and which classifieds item it applies to?

But if the issue is that the classifieds software can't read the users details in, then the same fault will occur .Only if you didn't include a filter to check the added name wasn't the same as the users account name.If I'm understanding your suggestion correctly this would allow any user to post an advert under another users username. Why don't you have the username as one of the drop downs when you enter and advert?Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and which classifieds item it applies to?

Why if you had it in the same script as the price etc?But if the issue is that the classifieds software can't read the users details in, then the same fault will occur .Only if you didn't include a filter to check the added name wasn't the same as the users account name.If I'm understanding your suggestion correctly this would allow any user to post an advert under another users username. Why don't you have the username as one of the drop downs when you enter and advert?Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and which classifieds item it applies to?
