Basically now illegal as after the film was made, horns with varying notes were banned. Two tone alternating horns became the norm for emergency vehicles, so the ban came in to avoid confusion.

Yes thats true, but i always thought as long as it was on a separate switch, and the car has a single note horn that operates from the horn button then it was ok.
