Hi guys.

Sorry this is taking its time this year.

We don't yet have confirmation of the availability of the ring for our closed session. We are reluctant to announce costs until we have this as a firm cost to budget for. Worst case scenario is that we have to wait until the end of February to define the costs.

The costs will be very similar to last year, but we will be getting an extra day at the campsite. We are leaving on the 1st September, we return on the 8th. Wednesday to Wednesday.

We are going to be asking for a £60 deposit this year, rather than £50.

Please be patient, we're working on it and will give you definite figures ASAP.

Will there be any changes to the application form? Or can I just put mine in the post today with the £60 deposit. Not to fussed about waiting for the final figure.

I know it'll be worth it!

The for itself will stay the same, apart from the text at the top that says £50 deposit will now say £60 deposit.

If anyone has already filled in the old form, that's fine. Send that along with the £60 deposit and all is good (well, all in BH2N Retro world is good, not so sure about the rest of the world).

I can 60 quid you up as soon as you like, but my form might be delayed.

I'm hoping to have found a motor quickly (within a couple of weeks) so hopefully before ferries and such are booked you'll have my reg details. Hopefully I can be a bonafide Retro Runner! :(

Mine has no car details on it but I'm "shopping" this week so you will have details as soon as I know them!

If it's going to cause a problem booking the ferry before I've bought one let me know and I'll give you the current car details, and I'll pay the admin fee to change when I've got the new motor sorted :lol:

Right guys.

Small update;

I will need the deposit cleared in the BH2N Retro account by the 29th March. I know this is short notice, but it's all that the ferry company have given me to work with.

If you are paying by cheque, I guess that gives you until about the 20th March to post it?

If paying by paypal, then I guess you've got until about the 24th March to pay it.

I am sorry about this, but if I don't pay the ferry on or before the 31st March, they won't hold the price and I've been told it "could go up slightly."
