Hi everyone,

Just looking for some advice on how much to sell my project for as its time to sell it on and let someone make it all nice again :P

I got it on October and planned on doing it up over winter with a member from the club who was going to show me and help me with the re build but he sadly passed away just before Christmas :P so the mini has been sat in the barn since and I don't have the knowledge, money or time to do it up anymore so need to try and get it sold on.

Its a 1989 mini city which is completely standard and has done about 65000 miles.
It has had the rear subframe removed which the previous owner did as it was very rusty so it needs a new rear subframe for sure!

The wings have holes in them and would need replacing, the boot has some rust in the corners the A panels need replacing and there are a couple of bits of rust near the rear arches but the rest of the body work looks to be in good condition with no rust or bubbles showing.

I got it as a non runner as the previous owner had started taking the cooling system apart ready to remove the engine but I have since put it all back together again and it fired up on the second turn of the key and ran nice and smooth so the engine has plenty of life left yet!

I have all the interior for it and all the parts for the rear subframe but they are all in boxes ready to be fitted again.

Anyway I paid £400 for it and put it up on the classifieds for £400 in hope of getting my money back but have had no interest and don't really know how much to ask, maybe more or maybe less so I thought I would ask the advice of people that know better than me :P

Here are the pictures I took the other day...

ur best bet is ebay to get its top price

i personally wouldnt think you'd get more than £250 for a private sale on a forum advert.
