what a good husband you are spending so much time testing Mrs T's mini for her

It's tough, but someone's got to do it

Ooh, Bean, he's going to be different -- I hope you won't be disappointed

I'm glad to see you've got him back and the insurance company didn't try to get their hands on him, that really would have been criminal.

I can't wait to see him back on the road, and rolling on 10's too with a new colour. Huey is the main reason I finally settled on Imp Blue for Scrappie, now if he looks good in Pageant Blue you may make me change my mind again, lol.

Cheers buddy, Scrappie will look great and lacquered Imp Blue polishes up a treat. Unfortunately Huey ended up with about four slightly different shades so it'll be great to have one colour all over.

=] :( Huey is in the body shop! :teehee:  :)

The new panels have been sourced. The exterior theme is still retro. As well as the mods listed earlier, out go the wavy grille, Mk1 moustache & 4 spots, and in comes the original style plain metal grille. The exterior will look cleaner. (But I'd better get some decent headlights.) The door mirrors are correct, so the broken one will be replaced.

The wheel spokes won't be painted at first. We'll see what it all looks like.

I'll try to get some pix in a few days.

Dave,

List your parts that are not going to be used in the classifieds! You'll get good money for the mk1 grill! :P
