I'm a rookie and I ahve a lot of doubts.
I woud buy a new exhaust to my mini MPI.
The Playmini twin center exits stainless steel 3" exhaust it's a good choice? it's a bit expensive and I need some help to make the correct choice.
What fittings I need to mount?
I have seen it at minisport, there's a good shop? I'm from Spain and I don't have any reference from mini shops.
Thanks a lot!

3"??? far too big, you want 1.75" max unless its seriously modified!

3 inch would drone like mad, even if it is just the back box, and you would loose power with it still! Maniflow do exhausts specifically for injection cars, so it might be worth looking at them! i have one on my spi, and i cant fault it!

I have a Maniflow on my MPi and it's very good. even 2" would be excessive for a standard engine. 1.75" (or 1.6" if you choose rc40) will not restrict any MPi engine until you get to a very high state of tune

I thought 1.75" was about as large as you want to go on a standard engine.
I have a full Maniflow including LCB manifold on my SPi and I'm very pleased with it.

sorry to hijeack,
i've got a 1998 mpi with a three branch lcb, de-cat pipe and twin box maniflow,
it looks the part but as of yet haven't got it running just wondering if it'll have a nice sound to look forward to?
thanks

it will be a bit louder than usual, because of the de cat pipe, but maniflow systems give a lovely note!
