It's probably only worth the 1050 on the bid to be honest, then again it does have alot of extras. That rust patch on the rear quarters looks very bad ! Have you been to see it ?

no we live 400 miles away. the rust is the only worrying bit that has forced me to ask you mini experts its actual value lol 
i think the maximum we will go to is 1500. everything looks repairable and wont need too much investment to make it look decent

42000 miles is not true. In the Q&A he states the engine has been swapped. But yeah at the most £1500.
