The blister on the doors don't look too bad but I'm a bit wary of the rust which looks like its on the sill? (Not sure)

Is that a BOC interior?
Big wheels and arches dont make it worth more IMO, I would value it as £1000 if it was solid and not like a patchwork quilt.

the rust on the door and door step isnt too much to worry about
seems on the front are good
boot floor good
underneath sills are good
scuttle good
other door good
roof good
interior has had new carpet with sound deadening
balmoral interior
stg 1 kit exhaust system
w&p dash
not bothered about the number of owners.......better its had 10 good ones than 1 bad one :0)

i sold it 2 yrs ago to the current owner after doing most of the mods myself.
a club member restored the car to standard spec.
i am so tempted to buy it back as its a really really good mini
i did L2B in it 3 yrs ago and is still on the local mini club website - www.rcmoc.org.uk

10 Owners and 60K on the clock? I am very dubious about that personally.
My Mayfair has something like 14/15 owners, with only 55K on the clock (and thats genuine

Seeing as your buying, I'd offer him about 800-1000 - It looks like it'll need a bit of work doing (I suggest you go and have a look at the car before hand, I've made many a mistake)

all i do know is that i sold it for £2850 2 yrs ago and i had 3 seious buyers fighting over it

he didnt want it to sell for £1500 as he thought it was worth more and was concerned that none of the 55 watchers had made a bid.
when i bought the car first time round it was pretty standard but had just been restored.
i then fitted the w+p dash with mpi clock, steering wheel, new carpet, balmoral interior with doorcards, alloy door handle kit, new 12x6 wheels, new grp5 arches, new windscreen, maniflow stg 1 kit.
all this was only done 4000 miles ago
im a bit suprised by the rusty door....however thats a relatively cheap fix.
13months mot is quite reassuring
