Hi everyone

just bought a 1996 sprite 1275 injection and need to get it set up right.When i drive it, it shakes like mad in 3rd and 4th gear and really seems to struggle with any power?? what could this be? i'm going to give it a service with changing the ht leads, spark plugs, oil filter, air filter, new rotary arm, distributor case and change the oil.Will this help the problem do you think?

AND

When i leave it standing for a bit and come to start it up i get a puff of white smoke out the back but after a while it goes and then the smoke stops after a few minutes of running it.Is this the head gasket???
