So I've been invited to help crew a team racing up Pikes Peak in Colorado in June, and I'm considering driving out there for a long over due vacation. I get to check out the hillclimb and get some time off. So my question is:

What are the must have spare parts for a long trip?

I know somewhere in the 3000 miles something is bound to break. What do you think would be the "don't think about leaving without these" spares?I almost forgot, my car is a '71 with a stock 998 a-series.

If by "checking out" Pikes Peak you mean having a drive up it, take extra underwear :shifty: Awesome. Have a great time.

No, I haven't been there, we just get great vids from there.
